The Project was Completed on time and to quality. TBSL was appointed Head Contractor contracting subcontractors and traffic management services on State High 3. TBSL established a secure remote site to ensure project efficiencies and that high-performing teams achieve the accelerated completion date. TBSL worked alongside other contractors under separate contracts with NZTA. This Project required TBSL to be agile and adaptable to meet the ever-changing workload and timeline imposed on the site and road management conditions.

The Project was completed on time and to quality. It was a high-profile site with local opposition. Multiple planning and construction issues, including safety in design, were involved. TBSL led the construction and design, working closely with the client and designers to ensure completion.

Work was accelerated to meet demanding completion dates requiring ‘on-point’ communication between the contracting parties. Sections of work were directed and executed under TBSL’s leadership team.

TBSL was seconded to assist in installing barriers on the Waikato Expressway to ensure its opening before Christmas 2025. Through its innovative mobile culture, TBSL deployed resources within 24 hours. This commitment to excellence reinforced the success of the barrier installation process and contributed to the timely delivery of this vital infrastructure project.
